Uptimeify System Status

Share of attempted alert deliveries that eventually got through, counted once per notification channel per incident, so a delivery that failed twice and succeeded on the third attempt counts once, as delivered. The rate counts the failures we are responsible for. Deliveries that never arrived because the receiving endpoint was gone, refused our credentials, rate-limited us or could not be reached are reported separately as endpoint failures: excluded from the rate, never dropped. Email sent through an organization's own SMTP server is counted there too, whatever the failure: that server is one we do not run and cannot reach, so its outcome says nothing about this platform. Email through our own relay counts in full. Dispatch p90 is the time from the incident opening to the first notification that actually left our systems. Incidents nothing was owed for are in neither figure. Those are the ones suppressed by a maintenance window, on a monitor with no notification channel, or resolved before a notification was due.
